By February 1st, 2012, Facebook will be removing the App profile pages. This means the way that we all added Facebook page tabs to our Facebook fan pages will change a little bit.
Creating a new tab for your Facebook page will still be the same all the way to the point where you would click the “View App Profile Page.” If you want to know how to create a Facebook page tab follow the instructions here.
After you create the page tab and enter in your tab name, page URL, and secure page URL, the process for adding your Facebook tab to your page has changed a bit. Now instead of going to the App Profile Page, you need to go to the following URL in your browser.

&display=popup&next=YOUR_URL
Get the APP ID from the Facebook application you created for your Facebook tab and enter in the URL of the website that hosts the content that will display in the Facebook tab. This will be the same URL that you entered for the Page Tab URL when creating your app.
Once you enter your APP ID and the URL into the URL that Facebook supplied, you will be taken to a page where you can select the Facebook fan page that you would like the newly created Facebook page tab to be added too.
It is as simple as that. There are other ways of adding your Facebook tab, but I think this is the easiest way. I actually think it is easier to add page tabs to your Facebook fan page now. Facebook took a few steps out of the process.
